Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Represent clients in workers compensation cases from start to finish.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Requirements for the Role:
· Admitted to practice law in Colorado.
· Minimum of three years of experience practicing workers compensation law.
· Litigation and hearing experience.
· Strong knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Responsibilities include: call routing, greeting clients and visitors, conference room booking, processing and distributing mail and faxes, scanning documents, file opening/closing, requesting medical records, receiving packages, and database quality control/reconciliation projects. Phones can be hectic at times so a team player with a positive attitude is a must.
Reliable transportation is a necessity. Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Timeliness and excellent attendance is required.
Eligible for group benefits (health, dental, vision; life and disability) after 60 days. 401K available at first enrollment period after one year of service.
