Maricela S. Hernandez
Maricela S. Hernandez was born and raised in San Diego, California. She attended the University of California, Santa Cruz and majored in Legal Studies. After college Ms. Hernandez pursued her legal interests by working at a Personal Injury law firm for a couple of years as a legal assistant.
Ms. Hernandez then attended law school at Golden Gate University School of Law. There, she pursued her greater passion of helping others which included veterans with their disability claims. During her time in law school, she also specialized in Intellectual Property Law, Business Law, and Public Interest Law.
After law school, Ms. Hernandez moved to Denver, Colorado and was given the opportunity of working with the Department of Justice. However, she found her way back to helping people through Personal Injury Law. She started working for Mintz Law Firm in April of 2024 and has loved it ever since.
Outside of the office, Ms. Hernandez enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going on hikes, traveling, and watching sports.
