Eric Krajewski grew up in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mr. Krajewski was inspired to be a personal injury attorney when he served jury duty while in college on a civil asbestos case. He was fascinated by the process and was inspired to go to law school upon graduation.
Eric began representing injury victims for the Mintz Law Firm as a personal injury attorney in May 2007. Prior to joining the Mintz team, he worked at a national law firm based in Cleveland, Ohio as a trial attorney for several big insurance companies. He now uses the tactics and trial strategies he learned working for those insurance companies on behalf of his injury clients who are making claims against the same companies.
Mr. Krajewski recently obtained a Jury verdict in Jefferson County District Court that was more than four times the insurance company’s last offer. Eric is trial tested and has the experience to be a most effective advocate on behalf of his clients.
When he is not representing the rights of injury victims, he spends his time being a loving husband to his wife Danielle and devoted father to his three boys. As a deacon at his local church, he defends the oppressed, takes up the cause of the fatherless, and pleads the case of the widow. He also has the great joy of leading a small group at the church and serving as a small group coach to other leaders. When he can find the time, he delights in fishing, hunting, backpacking, and camping in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.

Case Type: Car Accident
Our client was a passenger in an RV with an attached trailer which was involved in roll-over accident on I-70 after a weekend in the mountains. The at fault driver lost control of his vehicle and struck the side of the RV while our client was in the back without a seatbelt on. The impact caused her to be violently thrown about the inside of the RV. Our client suffered from horrific injuries to her ribs, pelvis, head, spine, and spent 16 days in the hospital to save her life. Fortunately she was not paralyzed from the accident, but worked very hard over the following year to recover from her injuries over the following year. Mr. Krajewski was able to recover $1,300,000.00 for this client, which put her back on the road to financial, physical, and mental recovery after this accident.
